A Letter from the Administrator

My name is Brad Barnes. I was honored to be chosen to be the new Administrator of Arden Wood. I have been a nursing home administrator for a little over 30 years. I am also looking forward to leading the team to focus on making each resident’s life more pleasant and enjoyable while improving their care. I also want to encourage each of you to reach out to me with ideas on things I can do to help make the residents’ lives more enjoyable. To this end, we are planning on having a family night once a month. This will be a wonderful event which I encourage everyone to attend. It will give the families an opportunity to meet myself and the staff in a more social setting. Of course, we have numerous holiday events planned for November.
