COVID-19 Community Update

Dear Friends, Family, and Community Partners,

We wanted to announce to you that we are the new and privileged Owners of this long term care nursing facility. We are pleased to be able to be the people who you will trust for the care of your parent, spouse, relative, friend or someone who you care about in life. We take our responsibility seriously and we will take great care to safeguard those we serve, our facility and all of its community stakeholders.

We also want you to know that we have implemented the CDC and CMS recommended guidelines for the prevention and spread of the COVID-19 disease. Additionally, we have instituted tight protocols of our own construction, which will further provide an environment of care and which are meant to be protective and will provide suppressive measures to help keep our residents and staff safe and secure during this COVID-19 challenge.

During this time of heightened attention to COVID-19, we want to be extra sensitive as we address each resident’s unique activity, dietary, and spiritual needs as well as make accommodations to keep them healthy and fulfilled. We have been given the responsibility of ensuring the well-being, dignity, and health of our most vulnerable citizens, and that is not a charge that we take lightly. We believe that success and safety lies with an abundance of caution and attention to detail as we provide care and services each day.
If you have questions, or would like to set up a FaceTime/Skype call with your loved one, please email us at info@arden-wood.com with your preferred contact time and a number where we can reach you. We will be making attempt to connect you with your loved one throughout COVID-19.

We have confidence that our federal, state, and local authorities will take the steps necessary to help protect and ensure our communities from this terrible disease. We hope you’ll do your part by practicing good hygiene including hand-washing and social distancing or working from home when possible. We want to extend our thanks to our colleagues who are working on the front-lines in the healthcare sector to help contain this disease.

We will periodically provide you with updates. We are honored that you have entrusted your loved one with us in our community.
