Short-Term Therapy Success
C.N. was admitted to Arden Wood in January 2019 as she was unable to care for herself safely due to memory care issues. She was unable to walk, was dependent with all ADLs, and required two people for assist to stand and transfers. Over the past two years, she has received physical, occupational and speech therapy to improve her overall strength, mobility and cognition. After multiple sessions she began to walk with a rollator, and has recently began walking around facility independently. She is now also able to do all ADLs independently.
