Welcome to Arden Wood. On March 13, 2020 our facility transitioned to a new company and ownership. We are so thrilled to share our wonderful news. As we embark on this journey, the facility will be positioned in the community as a premier short term and long term post-acute care facility. Our new leadership’s vision to provide a new medical model with specialized programs in the areas of Dementia, Wound Care, Pain Management, and Post Stroke Recovery are currently in progress.
Shortly you will begin to see significant environmental changes which began the day we put our new sign in the front of the facility. As our residents, families, and friends you will be kept informed as we move forward. You will be receiving an invitation for a “Meet and Greet” with our new owners.
We are excited about the future at Arden Wood and the wonderful opportunities to come.
